Established in Jakarta (Headquarters) and operating in Makassar, PT FoodHub Collective Indonesia began by processing frozen raw shrimp and rapidly expanded to a wide assortment of seafood products. Our Seafood Products
We process and export a wide range of seafood including shrimp, cephalopods, lobster, reef fish and tuna. Products are available frozen (IQF and blockfrozen), dried/salted, fillets, loins, steaks and customized packings including private label.

Barramundi
Our Barramundi Skin On is carefully handled from harvest to freezing to ensure premium quality and food safety. Harvested and processed under strict hygiene controls, then IQF-frozen to lock in flavor and texture. Available in a range of sizes and packaging options to suit retail, foodservice, and industrial buyers.

Crimson Snapper
Our frozen crimson snapper (skin on) is handled under strict HACCP procedures and rapidly frozen to lock in taste and quality. Offered in whole round, head-on/head-off, and skinned-on portions, it is ideal for retail, restaurants and further processing.

Frozen Coral Trout
Our Frozen Coral Trout (Skin On) is sourced from sustainably managed Indonesian fisheries and processed in certified facilities to deliver consistent, restaurant-grade seafood. Offered in fillet, steak or whole forms with flexible packing and freezing options to suit foodservice and retail customers.

Frozen Cuttlefish Skewer
Our Frozen Cuttlefish Skewer is made from carefully selected cuttlefish, cleaned, portioned and placed on food-grade skewers before IQF freezing. The product is designed for foodservice, retail and processing customers who need a convenient, high-quality seafood skewer that cooks evenly and retains texture and flavor after freezing.
