Established in Jakarta (Headquarters) and operating in Makassar, PT FoodHub Collective Indonesia began by processing frozen raw shrimp and rapidly expanded to a wide assortment of seafood products. Our Seafood Products
We process and export a wide range of seafood including shrimp, cephalopods, lobster, reef fish and tuna. Products are available frozen (IQF and blockfrozen), dried/salted, fillets, loins, steaks and customized packings including private label.

Goldband Snapper Bites
Goldband Snapper bites are versatile medium-to-thick fillet portions with creamy-pink flesh and a moist texture. They are trimmed and portioned to customer specifications, quick-frozen or packed chilled for distribution. Ideal for roasting, grilling, frying, and high-quality sushi/sashimi where grade permits.

Snapper WGGS (Red Snapper - Whole Gilled & Gutted)
Our Red Snapper WGGS is handled immediately after harvest — gilled, gutted and chilled or quick-frozen to preserve freshness and texture. Processing follows international food-safety protocols with flexible packing options to meet retail or bulk export requirements. Product is traceable to origin and suitable for diverse markets and culinary applications.




Grouper Fillet (IQF)
Our grouper fillets are carefully trimmed, portioned and blast-frozen at peak freshness to preserve texture and flavor. Produced in certified processing plants with full traceability and QA checks, the fillets are ideal for supermarkets, restaurants and food processors seeking a premium white-flesh fish.

Barramundi Natural Cut
Our Barramundi Natural Cut is prepared by cutting the meat from the full side of the fish (gill to tail) and removing it in a single versatile piece. The cut is ideal for pan-searing, roasting, frying or portioning into retail or foodservice sizes. Product is frozen and packed to preserve texture and flavor for international distribution.

Skipjack Cube (WGGS / IQF)
Our Skipjack Cube is made from carefully selected skipjack tuna, processed into small cube portions that hold shape during cooking and transport. Produced under food-safety management and frozen to preserve color and quality, the product is convenient for retail, catering and canning applications.

Wahoo Portion (IQF / IVP / IWP)
Wahoo portions are trimmed and portioned to customer specifications, then rapidly frozen to preserve texture and flavor. Portions are packaged for retail and wholesale formats with export-grade boxing and labeling. Ideal for restaurants, retail chains and frozen-food manufacturers looking for a lean, premium pelagic product.
