Our Seabream (White Snapper) is sourced from Indonesian fisheries and processed in HACCP-certified facilities. Offered in whole cleaned form and as trimmed fillets in a wide range of portion sizes. Freezing options include IQF for fillets and block freezing or IVP/IWP for other formats to meet different market needs.
