Product Overview
Our Emperor Finger product is processed to international export standards from responsibly sourced Indonesian Red Spot Emperor. Fillets are trimmed skinless/bone-off as requested and whole fish are cleaned (gilled & gutted). Products can be chilled for short lead shipments or IQF frozen for long shelf life and global distribution.
