Product Overview

Our Yellowfin tuna is harvested by regional fleets in Indonesia and processed under strict hygiene and cold-chain protocols. Products are trimmed, graded and frozen (IQF or block) to maintain freshness and color. We supply sashimi-grade saku/steak as well as foodservice loins and groundmeat for processors.
